Mortgage Brain was launched in the UK in 1986 in order to provide mortgage intermediaries with a simple
way to view and illustrate all mortgage products available in the market. In 2001 the company was
purchased by a consortium of lenders to develop the first electronic trading platform.
Mortgage Brain entered into the Irish Market in 2003 with a fully customised solution for Irish mortgage
intermediaries, lenders and legislation. Mortgage Brain team works side by side with mortgage
intermediary representative groups and currently enjoys a strong link with the Independent Mortgage
Advisors Federation.
